Caitlin is phenomenal. She is very professional and personal. Easy to talk to and communicate with. She is able to walk me through the whole process and go over every important detail. She was also able to recommend contractors and schedule work.

I would highly recommend Caitlin as a realtor. I moved from a condo to an apartment and Caitlin was truly amazing in selling my home. All I really need to say is that my condo sold on Day 1 after multiple showings. She helped me decide on a reasonable asking price and put together an attractive package to advertise the condo. She's very personable, works hard for her clients and is there for any questions or concerns. Let me add that she gives excellent advice on preparing the home for sale, and has a very skilled photographer. The closing was completely painless as well. I do recommend her without any reservations.
