I don't think I can adequately share how awesome Caitlin is!! We have had the privilege of working with Caitlin several times in the past, but this was the first time we worked with her in selling! And she made it an absolute breeze! No matter how small of a question we had, she answered quickly and with a ton of information. She guided us through the whole process and even went above and beyond to help with several small issues that came up along the way! I would highly recommend Caitlin as a realtor. I moved from a condo to an apartment and Caitlin was truly amazing in selling my home. All I really need to say is that my condo sold on Day 1 after multiple showings. She helped me decide on a reasonable asking price and put together an attractive package to advertise the condo. She's very personable, works hard for her clients and is there for any questions or concerns. Let me add that she gives excellent advice on preparing the home for sale, and has a very skilled photographer. The closing was completely painless as well. I do recommend her without any reservations.
